We handle multi-storey walk-ups, tight stairwells, narrow hallways, awkward landings, and the classic Gold Coast scenario of getting a couch out of a beachside apartment via a single lift. The crew is trained to dismantle bulky pieces (sectionals, large wardrobes, dining tables) when they will not fit through a doorway as one piece. Describe the access when you send the photo quote — number of stairs, hallway widths if narrow, any lift size limits — and we factor it into the fixed price. We do not add difficult-access fees on the day; whatever is in the quote is what you pay.

Do you donate furniture instead of sending it to landfill?

Whole-house furniture clearances (every room cleared) typically land in the A$700 to A$1,500 range depending on the volume. Pricing is fixed up-front from a photo quote — what you see in the quote is what you pay. Labour, loading, vehicle, fuel, and disposal are all included; no separate tip fees or call-out charges. Trade and commercial accounts get consolidated invoicing at the same A$95/m³ rate.

A single couch, mattress, wardrobe, or fridge collection is the most common one-item booking we run, and the two cubic-metre minimum (A$190 entry) covers most single furniture pieces with room to spare. The minimum exists because the truck, crew time, and trip to the recycling facility cost roughly the same whether we collect one mattress or three. If you have got more than one item, we include them in the same quote at A$95/m³. We do not add a single-item surcharge — the price you see in the photo quote is the final fixed price. Same-day collection is available seven days a week for most single-item jobs across the Gold Coast.
